Due to the COVID-19 restrictions City Hall is closed. However we have the south side building doors unlocked for Police Department access. The process for submitting your bids is: 1. Call the Clerk’s Office at 765-807-1021 when you arrive at the south side doors of City Hall. We will answer the call and come down to retrieve your bids to stamp them in. 2. Please make sure that your company name and what product you are bidding is labeled on the outside of the sealed envelope. *The Board of Works meeting is NOT open to the public due to the restrictions but you are able to watch the meeting Live through the City’s YouTube Channel.
