The County of Kane is accepting bids seeking experienced and qualified Contractors for the Kane County
Elevator Upgrades Project for the Kane County Building Management Department. Plans and
Specifications are available on April 7, 2020 thru Cordogan Clark’s online plan room
www.cordoganclarkplanroom.com. They can also be requested from Kane County Purchasing at
purchasing@co.kane.il.us. Each bid must conform and be responsive to all pertinent bidding and contract
documents including Contractor qualifications as specified in said documents. This is a prevailing wage bid.
PRE-BID CONFERENCE: 2:00 pm on Monday, April 13, 2020, at the project site, 719 Batavia Ave.,
Geneva, IL.
