The County of Kane, IL will receive bids for the Kane County Health Department Building Roofing Project
at the Health Department Building at 1240 N Highland Ave # 7, Aurora, IL. Plans and Specifications are
available on March 12, 2020 thru Cordogan Clark’s online plan room
www.cordoganclarkplanroom.com. They can also be requested from Kane County Purchasing at
purchasing@co.kane.il.us. Each bid must conform and be responsive to all pertinent bidding and contract
documents including Contractor qualifications as specified in said documents. This is a prevailing wage bid.
PRE-BID MEETING: A pre-bid meeting will be held at 9:00 a.m. on March 19, 2020 at
the Project Site, 1240 N. Highland Ave., Aurora, IL in Suite 13.
